50 feet Easterly from the present existing center line of said <br />road. Said line 50 feet Eastward and parallel to the center line <br />of said road is herewith adopted as the building setback line on <br />the East side of said section of said road and a line parallel to <br />and 50 feet Westward from the center line of said section of said <br />road is herewith established as the building setback line on the <br />West side of said section of said road and no building or struc- <br />ture shall be erected or maintained and no building permit shall <br />issue for the construction of any building or improvement within <br />said building setback lines herewith established. <br />5. That no building or structure shall be erected or <br />maintained and no building permit shall issue for the construction <br />of any building or improvement abutting on the proposed realign- <br />ment of State Road No- 5, Indian River County, Florida, from the <br />South line of Section Q, Township 31 Sough, Range 39 East, at the <br />present intersection of said State Road 5 and said line and ex- <br />tending Northerly along the center line survey now established on <br />the ground from naid point to the South lino of the City Limits <br />of the City of Sebastian within a line parallel to and 50 feet <br />Easterly from said proposed renter line of said road and within a <br />line parallel to and 50 feet Westerly from the center line of said <br />proposed road.
