Said line 60 feet Eastward and parallel to said <br />I center line in herewith adopted an the building setback line on <br />the East side of said section of said proposed road and said line <br />parallel to and 60 feet Westward from the center line of said pro- <br />posed road is herewith established an the building setback line on <br />the West aide of said road and no building or structure shall be <br />erected or maintained and no building permit shall issue for the <br />construction of any building or improvement within said building <br />setback lines herewith established. <br />7.
