14. Details showing the provisions for drainage of the <br />lands and coinciding of drainage facilities with adjacent lands <br />may be shown on the plat or may be not forth by separate state- <br />ment attached to the plat. The name or number of all roads, <br />streets and highways shall be shown upon tho plat. If the County <br />system of public roads shows a name or number for any street, <br />highway or road, then such name or number shall be shown upon the <br />plate If no name or number is so shown on the County plat, then <br />any name or number may be used provided said name or number does <br />not exist on any other street, highway or road in Indian River <br />County. <br />15. No single lot shall be laid out having a width or <br />frontage of less than 50 feet nor having a depth of less than 100 <br />feet. <br />16. The grades of all roads, streets, alleys and other <br />rights of way may be designated on the plat or by separate instru- <br />ment attached thereto. <br />17. The elevations of the several portions of the land <br />shown on the plat shall be shown by contour lines or by separate <br />instrument attached thereto. Sea level datum shall be used. If <br />no established sea level bench exists within 1 mile of the pro- <br />perty, the County will establish a sea level bench on a public <br />road within 1 mile of the lands to ba subdivided. <br />18. Where said lands abut on the limits of any munici- <br />pality, all streets, roads and highways shall coincide with the <br />plan of said municipality. <br />19. Before any proposed subdivision is staked out or <br />laid out upon the around, the proposed plat shall be submitted to <br />the Board of County Commissioners or its duly authorized represen- <br />tati.vo for its tentative approval, together with the supporting <br />data required by this Resolution and Chapter 29155, Laws of <br />Plorida, acts of 1953, and if the Board or its duly authorized <br />representative finds that said proposed plat conforms thereto, it <br />shall tentatively approve the same, whereupon the lands shall be <br />staked out and laid out on the ground as provided by law and all <br />¢� 3 <br />MITCHELL, SMITH A MITCHELL, ATTORNEYS AT LAW.
