S <br />streets, highways, roads, drainage facilities and other improve - <br />menta shown or indicated on the plat or proposed by the developer <br />shall be done and completed and upon the completion thereof said <br />tentatively approved plat shall be presented to the Board of <br />County Oommissioners for final approval and acceptance. <br />20. All streets, rondo and public ways shall be con« <br />atructed in accordance with the County's specifications and plan. <br />2.1. should final approval by the Board of County Com- <br />missioners of any plat be desired, the Board will approve the <br />II same upon compliance with all of the Resolu- <br />tionp p provisions of this esolu» <br />tion and Chapter 29155, haws of Florida, Acts of 1953, and prior <br />to the completion thereof of the streets, highways, roads, drains <br />�) and other improvementn required, upon the owner entering into <br />bond with the County with good and sufficient surety approved by <br />the Board conditioned upon the construction and completion of the <br />name within such time as the Board may require. <br />22. The dedication of all streets, highways or rondo <br />and other ways or easements shown upon the plat shall be to the <br />public unless the Board shall determine that public rights of way <br />are not required In the County plan of public roads and all such <br />dedications shall be signed by the owner of said lands, his or <br />her spouse, if married, and the holder of each mortgage or other <br />lien on said lands. <br />23. The endorsement of the approval of thin Board of <br />each plat shall be inscribed thereon and signed by the duly <br />authorized representative of this Board. <br />24. The original tracingone cloth print <br />-pr+nt of said plat as finally approved and recorded shall be fur- <br />nished to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. One blue print shall be <br />furnished to the Board of.
