<br />WHEREAS, purimant to 904ton VA. 5h, Florida Statutes, the
<br />City of Vero Reach, by its Resolution, did reqtteat the Heard of CAminty Court-
<br />missioners of Indian River County, Florida, to dedicate the following, dam-
<br />cribed property and other lawls situated in the City of Vero Beach, Indian
<br />River County, Florida, as follmi, to -wit:
<br />Lots 6, 7 and 8, Block V, Langwick Subdivision, acwrding, to
<br />plat thereof recorded In Plat Rook 1, page 32, In the office of
<br />the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida;
<br />for public List., and purposes; and,
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to such request, the Board of County Com-
<br />nilm;loners of Indian River County, Florida, (lid, by tte Resolution, de<Ucite
<br />the above described prolvay for such uso.s, atid purpoaos by the City of Vero
<br />Beach, Florida; and,
<br />WUJE'�EAS, the City of Vero Beach, Florida, having no present
<br />nor prospective need or use for the above described property for public uses
<br />and purposes and dcairing to evidence skich fact and to relcasc,, its Intereat In
<br />said property under such dedication to the end that said aJX)ve described prop-
<br />erty may be sold or otherwise disposed of by the Board of County Commis-
<br />Gloners of ludian River County, Florida, as It said dedication had not been
<br />made; Now, therefore,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City CourcIl of the City of Varo Beach,
<br />Florida, that Its Resolution hereinhotore mentioned insofar aa the same refers
<br />to the property hereinbefore described be and the same Is here with revoked;
<br />provided, however, said Resolution shall remain In full korcu and affect as to
<br />all other property described therein.
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLXED that the City of Vero Beach,
<br />Florida, dons herewith relcane any and all right, title, Interest or clatul held
<br />by It In and to said hereinabove described property by veawn of such dedlCu-
<br />tion and does herewith authorize and request the Board of County Commis-
<br />slonerm of Indian River County, Florida, to rovoke and cancol said dedication
