BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Vero Beach does herewith respectfully request the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, to acquire the following described lands, situated III Vero Beach, Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: Lots 3L to 36, inclusive, Block 2, Langwick Subdivision, according to plat thereof recorded In Plat Book 1, pago 32, In the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida; and upon such acquisition, that said City does request said Board to dedicate said last described prolv.rty to the City of Vero Beach for public use and pur- poses.
