69W /,19s' S7-1-0 <br />RESOLU'T'ION <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to law, an election is to be held in Special 'Ihx <br />School District No. 1, of Indian River County, Florida, on November 5, <br />1957; and, <br />i <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Public Instruction of Indian River County, <br />Florida, has heretofore adopted a Resolution calling said election; and, i <br />WHEREAS, the School Code of the State of Florida provides that the <br />Board of Public Instruction shall designate the number of inspection boards <br />for each precinct and appoint the inspection boards, and the General Election <br />Laws of the State of Florida provide that the number of inspection boards <br />i p <br />i <br />for each precinct and the inspection boards shall be determined by the Board I <br />' of County Commissioners; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Public Instruction of Indian River County, <br />Florida, in special meeting on September 26, 1957, has, by Resolution, <br />determined the number of inspection boards necessary for each precinct, <br />and has appointed the personnel of the inspection boards; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that this Board does hereby <br />ratify, approve and confirm the number of inspection board for each <br />inspection boards heretofore determined <br />of the ins <br />i precinct and the personnel p <br />and appointed by the Board of Public Instruction of Indian River County, <br />Florida, for the election to be held in Special Tax School District No. 1, <br />Indian River County, Florida, on November 5, 1957; and, <br />BE 11' FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Board does herewith determine <br />Ithe number of inspection boards for each precinct and does hereby appoint j <br />I i <br />the personnel of the inspection boards as heretofore determined and <br />IIappointed by the Board of Public Instruction of Indian River County, Florida, <br />b held in Special Tax School District No. 1, in Indian <br />for the electron to e p <br />River County, Florida, on November 5, 1957. <br />i <br />MITCHELL, $MITfi G MITCHELL, ATTORNEYS AT LAW, VERO BEACH, FLORIDA <br />
