RESOLUTION
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to law, an election in to be held in Special 'Ihx

<br />lij School District No. 1, of Indian River County, Florida, on November 5,
<br />1957; and,
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of Public Instruction of Indian River County,
<br />li Florida, has horetofol a adopted a Revolution caliiny, said election; and,
<br />WHEREAS, thc: Schcwl Code of the State of Florida provides that the
<br />iiBoard of Public hmzruction shall designate the number of inspection boards
<br />for each precluct and appoint the inspection hoards, and the General Election
<br />Laws of the State of Florida provide that the number of inspection boards
<br />for each precinct and the inspection boards shall be determined by the Board
<br />of County Commissioners; and,
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of Public instruction of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, in special meeting on September 26, 1957, has, by Resolution,
<br />determined the number of inspection boards necessary for each precinct,
<br />and has appointed the personnel of the inspection boards;
<br />NOW 'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
<br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that this Board does hereby
<br />ratify, approve and confirm the nun,ix€;r of inspection board for each
<br />precinct and the personnel of the inspection boards heretofore determined
<br />and appointed by the Board of Public instruction of lndian River County,
<br />Florida, for tike election to be held in Special 'Tax School District No. 1,
<br />Indian River County, Florida, oil November 5, 1957; and,
<br />BE 11' FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Board does herewith determine
<br />the number of inspection boards for each precinct and does hereby appoint
<br />the personnel of the inspection boards as heretofore determined and
<br />appointed by the Board of Public Instruction of Indian River County, Florida,
<br />for the election to be held in Special Tax School District No. 1, In Indian
<br />River County, Florida, on November S, 1957.
