CHAPTER 59-179 <br />HOUSE BILI, NO, 273 <br />AN ACT relating to the licensing of aircraft and airports; amend- <br />ing Sections 330.10(3), 330.11.(5), 33013 and 330,23, Florida Stat <br />utes, to provide for the deposit of moneys collected °incident to <br />the licensing of aircraft and airports in the general revenue fund <br />and for the payment of expenses of the aviation department of <br />the Florida Development Commission therefrom; and repealing <br />Sections 330.24 and 330.37, Florida Statutes, limiting the use of <br />said moneys; providing an effective date. <br />WHEREAS, the 1951 legislature amended section 330,09(2), Flor- <br />ida Statutes, to provide that all fees from the licensing of aircraft <br />should be deposited into the general revenue fund, and <br />WHEREAS, due to a conflict between sections 330.09(2) and <br />33023, Florida Statutes, these fees have continued to be deposited <br />into the state aeronautics fund, and <br />WHEREAS, section 330,37, Florida Statutes, provides that the <br />fees and fines provided in sections 3:10.30 aril 330.33, Florida Stat- f <br />utes, shall be deposited into the airport licensing fund, and <br />WHEREAS, it is hereby determined by the legislature that the <br />moneys received by the Florida developnxent commission or the <br />motor vehicle commission frons these sources should be deposited <br />into the general revenue fund of the state, and <br />WHEREAS, it is hereby determined by the legislature that all <br />salaries and expenses incident to the administration and enforce- <br />ment of this chapter should be paid from the general revenue <br />fund, NOW, THEREFORE, <br />Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: <br />Section 1. Section 330.10(3), Florida Statutes, is amended to <br />read: <br />330.10 Registration; open to inspection --- <br />(3) DUPLICATE CERTII!ICATES—In the event of loss, muti- <br />lation or destruction of a certificate of registration, the owner of <br />a registered aircraft may obtain froin the commissioner a duplicate <br />thereof upon filing in the office of the commissioner an. affidavit <br />showing the facts and upon the payment of a service charge of <br />1 <br />
