one dollar; ($1.00) for each duplicate. <br />Section 2, Section 130.11(5), Florida Statutes, is amended to <br />read: <br />330.11 Registration fees. --The following registration fees shall <br />be paid to and collected by the commissioner upon the registra- <br />tion or reregistration of the following aircraft, but ill no case to <br />exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) annually per aircraft, service <br />charge not included: <br />(5) FRACTIONAL, REGISTRATION I%III.—Any aircraft ac- <br />quired after June 30 of any year, or otherwise, not: subject to regis- <br />tration phot to that tinge, shall, on application to the commissioner <br />for registration of such aircraft after June 30 of the aforesaid year, <br />be charged at the rate for such registration one-half (rFa) the an- <br />nual rate; 'provided, however, that no certificate of registration <br />shall be issued for less than five dollars ($5.00). Aircraft acquired <br />after September 30 of any year or otherwise not subject to regis- <br />tration prior to that date, shall for tiie remainder of the certificate <br />year be registered for one-fourth (?/t) the annual rate; provided, <br />however, that no certificate of registration shall be issued for less <br />than five dollars ($5.00). <br />Section 3. Section 330.13, Florida Statutes, is amended to read: <br />330,13 Interstate covonerce, advance pauluent anti reftvnct.— <br />Where any ah•eraft is used for hire, whether for carrying passengers <br />or freight either singly or in combinations, over tilt' airspace of <br />this state, partially or wholly in intersiate or foreign cominerce, <br />a charge shads be collected in the form of a registration fee initially <br />computed and assessed on the basis of the foregoing schedule, and <br />shall be collected upon tiie iegistration o£ the aircraft as an ad- <br />shall <br />payment, but the ,person. so registering or reregistering said <br />aircraft sb€ill he entitled to a refund of the amount collected upon <br />making payment to the state for the mileage actually travelled <br />by the aircraft within this state, to be paid for at the rate of one- <br />tenth of one cent ($0.007) per mile each way computed oil an <br />airway mileage when operating on airways and on point-to-point <br />tnileago when operating off all -ways.
