THIS FIRST AMENDMENT by and between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY EMERGENCY SERVICES <br />DISTRICT, hereinafter referred to as the "County", and the INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />FIREFIGHTERS/PARAMEDICS ASSOCIATION, LOCAL 2201, IAFF, hereinafter referred to as the "Union". <br />WHEREAS, effective November 19, 2019, the parties entered into the Collective Bargaining <br />Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement", for the period of October 1, 2019 through and <br />including September 30, 2022; and, <br />WHEREAS, Article 34, Salaries, provides for bargaining unit employees to receive general wage <br />increases, step increases, and lump sum payments, if any, mutually agreed to by the County and the <br />Union. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, the parties agree <br />to amend the Agreement as follows: <br />1. Article 34, Salaries, shall be amended asset forth in Exhibit "A". <br />2.
