Oak Point Subdivision - Second Modification to Contract for <br />Construction of Required Improvements <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of August 2, 1995: <br />TO: The Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: t�'L William G. Collins II - Deputy County Attorney <br />DATE: August 2, 1995 <br />SUBJECT: Oak Point Subdivision - Second Modification to Contract for <br />Construction of Required Improvements <br />Oak Point Corporation, the developer of Oak Point Subdivision, wishes for <br />the second time to modify the Contract for Construction of Required <br />Improvements between the developer and Indian River County dated <br />November 8, 1994 to extend the date for completion of the required <br />improvements to November 8, 1995. <br />Per developer's request, Barnett Bank of the Treasure Coast has provided <br />the County with an acceptable amendment to its existing letter of credit, <br />extending the expiration date - of the security posted under the original <br />Contract for Construction of Required Improvements, copy attached. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Approve <br />the attached <br />Second Modification to <br />Contract for Construction of <br />Required <br />Improvements <br />No. SD -93-09-08-A to <br />extend the completion date to <br />November <br />8, 1995, and <br />authorize the Chairman <br />to execute same. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously <br />approved the Second Modification to Contract <br />for Construction of Required Improvements No. <br />SD -93-09-08-A extending the completion date to <br />November 8, 1995, as recommended in the <br />memorandum. <br />COPY OF MODIFICATION ON FILE <br />IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />8 <br />August 22, 1995 <br />i <br />
