G. Release and Substitution of Conservation Easement - Lindsey Lanes <br />Subdivision <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of August 14, 1995: <br />TO: The Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: uq., William G. Collins II - Deputy County Attorney <br />DATE: August 14, 1995 <br />SUBJECT: Release and Substitution of Conservation Easement - Lindsey <br />Lanes Subdivision <br />On July 26, 1994 at its regular meeting, the Board of County Commissioners <br />approved the concept of creating a 3j -acre native upland "land bank", to be <br />utilized in future situations where circumstances within the Lindsey Lanes <br />Subdivision require the release of any platted conservation easements. <br />A request has been received to debit the land bank by 1,700 square feet <br />and for the release of the existing conservation easement on Lot 6, Block A, <br />Lindsey Lanes Subdivision, Phase I. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Authorize the Chairman to execute the Release and Substitution of <br />Conservation Easement from Lot 6, Block A, Lindsey Lanes Subdivision, <br />Phase I to the land bank placed under conservation easement on August .5 <br />1994 and as recorded at O.R. Book 1030, Page 428, Public Records of Indian <br />River County. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously <br />approved the Release and Substitution of <br />Conservation Easement from Lot 6, Block A, <br />Lindsey Lanes Subdivision, Phase I to the land <br />bank placed under conservation easement on <br />August 5, 1994, and as recorded at OR Book <br />1030, Pg. 428, P/R Indian River County, as <br />recommended in the memorandum. <br />EASEMENT HAS BEEN RECORDED IN THE ?? <br />OFFICIAL RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />H.
