Board of County Commissioners Meeting Minutes - Final October 12, 2021 County Attorney Dylan Reingold confirmed that there was one point in the site license agreement with regard to the license and sublicense agreement that was still being negotiated by TIGR Acquisitions, the City, and the County. He added that the updated staff memorandum, which had been presented to the Board prior to the start of the meeting, included changes that had been requested by the City and agreed upon by TIGR Acquisitions. A motion was made by Vice Chairman O'Bryan, seconded by Commissioner Earman, to approve staffs recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Chairman Flescher, Vice Chairman O'Bryan, Commissioner Adams, Commissioner Earman, and Commissioner Moss 9.
