• Be~ responsible for wrongful acts of employees, contractor, <br />etc. - <br />• Allow DEP to inspect facilities. <br />• Refund the grant if the County is found to be non-compliant <br />with this agreement. <br />• Place a sign on site recognizing state funding. <br />• Dedicate the land for public recreation for at least 25 years. <br />• Not exclude or discriminate against any person using the park <br />based on race, creed, color, etc. <br />The alternatives are as follows: <br />Alternative No. 1 <br />Authorize the Chairman's signature on the project <br />agreement for Gifford Park and authorize the county to <br />advance the City of Fellsmere the construction costs. <br />Alternative No. 2 <br />Deny the grant acceptance. <br />RECOMWENDATIONS AND FQNDING <br />Alternative No. 1 is recommended.
