SWDD Item <br />Per the attached letter, Sitecrafters has requested a CPI adjustment of 3% increasing the previous <br />concrete crushing rate from $8.67 per ton to $8.93 per ton. This is consistent with the CPI adjustment <br />process. However, at this rate and the approved budget of $120,000, we will only be able to crush <br />approximately 13,437 tons. Staff will request additional funding next fiscal year to crush more on-site <br />materials. <br />Staff and Sitecrafters has agreed to the attached Amendment No. 3 for the concrete crushing services <br />for FY 21/22.
