<br />As part of the continuing fuel and purchased power adjustment and generating performance
<br />incentive clause proceedings, an administrative hearing was held on November 2, 2021, in this
<br />docket. We have jurisdiction over this subject matter pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 366,
<br />Florida Statutes (F.S.), including Sections 366.04, 366.05, and 366.06, F.S.
<br />At the hearing, we voted to approve all stipulated issues for Florida Power & Light
<br />Company (FPL), Florida Public Utility Company (FPUC), Gulf Power Company (Gulf) and
<br />Tampa Electric Company (TECO) as set forth in Attachment A. As a result of our bench
<br />decisions on these issues, we have approved all issues associated with FPL, FPUC, Gulf, and
