be responsible for the organization, administration, and <br />direction of the organization subject only to the direction <br />and control of this Board and the State, as provided in said <br />statutes; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all of the departments, <br />agencies, and services of County government, Including their' <br />employees, property, equipment, and other resources, which <br />are administered by the Board, shall continue to be assigned <br />and made available to said Indian River County Emergency <br />Management Services Department, as required to effectuate <br />the purposes of this department, pursuant to statute. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />Bowman and the motion was secondee! by Commissioner <br />Scurlock , and, upon being put to a vote, the vote <br />was as follows: <br />Chairman Cary C.
