Ennis, P.E., PMP, Assistant Public Works Director <br />FROM: Jill Williams, Contract Support Specialist <br />SUBJECT: Assignment of Architectural Agreement from Donadio and Associates, Architects <br />P.A. <br />DATE: February 14, 2022 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION <br />On October 16, 2018, the Board of County Commissioners entered into a continuing services agreementfor <br />architectural services with Donadio and Associates, Architects P.A. (Donadio). On November 2, 2021 a two- <br />year renewal and amendment was approved by the Board expiring on November 12, 2023. <br />Recently, staff received a notice from Donadio that they had been purchased by Spiezle Architectural <br />Group, Inc. (Spiezle) based out of New Jersey. Spiezle has multiple architectural and construction <br />management offices in the eastern part of the United States. As part of the purchase by Spiezle, they have <br />asked the County to acknowledge and consent to the assignment of the Agreement from Donadio to <br />Spiezle. Nothing in the existing Agreement will change, except work orders and purchase orders will be <br />issued to Spiezle Architectural Group, Inc. and invoices will now come from and be paid to Spiezle <br />Architectural Group, Inc. <br />FUNDING <br />There is no impact to County funds by this assignment. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends the Board of County Commissioners approve the assignment of the County Agreement <br />with Donadio and Associates, Architects P.A_ to Spiezle Architectural Group, Inc. and authorize the <br />Chairman to sign the attached letter. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />Assignment Letter from Donadio and Associates, Architects P.A. <br />APPROVED AGENDA ITEM FOR MARCH 1, 2022 <br />67 <br />;�g <br />
