PUBLIC DISCUSSION ITEM REQUEST OF GEORGE <br />RACICOT TO SPEAK REGARDING UNSAFE ELECTRICAL <br />SERVICES - LAKEWOOD PARK " <br />George Racicot, 1544 90 `h Avenue , Lot 310 , Lakewood Village , advised he has <br />f <br />made complaints to Code Enforcement regarding face -plates not being on electrical boxes , <br />which he felt is dangerous . He declared that the inspectors were not really looking at all the <br />boxes , but instead just looking at the one in each complaint . <br />Community Development Director Robert Keating stated that Code Enforcement <br />Officers do an inspection any time there is a complaint . For Mr . Racicot ' s complaints , an <br />electrical inspector was sent . <br />Building Division Director Wayne Russ explained that over the years Mr . Racicot has <br />pointed out many concerns at this and other mobile home parks . Mr . Russ emphasized that <br />his department never ignores a complaint and that inspections are scheduled on a life - safety <br />basis .
