RESOLUTION NO . 2001 - 104 A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING AN EASEMENT ON LOT 7, BLOCK 8, VERO SHORES SUBDIVISION UNIT 1 WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and utility easement on Lot 7 , Block 8 , of Vero Shores Subdivision Unit l ; and WHEREAS, the retention of the easement, as described below, serves no public purpose ; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that : This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach , Florida 32960 , Grantor, to GERARDI, MARY 453 21 ST SE PL VERO BEACH, FL 32962 her successors in interest, heirs and assigns, as Grantee, as follows : Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may have in the following described easement(s) : the east 10 feet of Lot 7, Block 8, according to the plat of Vero Shores Subdivision, Unit One, as recorded in Plat Book S, Page 52 of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Macht seconded by Commissioner Stanbridge and adopted on the 16th day of October 2001 , by the following vote : Commissioner Caroline D .
