The projected expenditures <br />Authorize the Purchasing Manager to renew this contract for two (2) additional one ( 1 ) yearperiodssubjecttosatisfactoryperformance , zero cost increase , vendor acceptance and thedeterminationthatrenewalofthisannualcontractisinthebestinterestoftheCounty . <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, SECONDED BY Vice <br />Chairman Stanbridge , the Board unanimously 4 - 0 , <br />Commissioner Adams absent) awarded items # 1 - 8 to Dickerson <br />Florida,Inc .and made a multiple award for item # 9 to <br />Dickerson Florida, Inc . , Ranger Construction Industries , Inc . , <br />and Community Asphalt Corp . ; authorized open end contracts <br />be established for the period October 1 , 2001 through <br />September 30 , 2002 with these vendors with projected <br />expenditures of $ 920 , 000 for the year ; and authorized the <br />Purchasing Manager to renew these contracts for two (2 ) <br />additional one 1 ) year periods subject to satisfactory <br />performance , zero cost increase , vendor acceptance and the <br />determination that renewal of this annual contract is in the best <br />interest of the County , as recommended in the memorandum . <br />7. 0.
