If no objections, questions, additions, or comments are received within three (3) working days from <br />issuance of the meeting notes, we will assume that our understandings are correct. The meeting was called to order by Michael Heller. See attached sign in sheets for a <br />list of attendees. <br />This is a Pre-bid meeting Jackie Robinson Training Complex Ticket Office Renovations <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION: <br />The project consists of rebuilding walls that have been demolished during mold remediation <br />activities, interior upgrades for ADA accessibility, and additional mold remediation. The project shall <br />provide a "turn key ready to occupy facility" upon completion. The main improvements include <br />drywall removal, replacement and finishing, wall relocations, removal and replacement of floor <br />coverings, removal and replacement of ceiling grid and tiles, replacement of plumbing, fixtures, tile <br />work in showers and restrooms, grading and landscaping improvements. <br />TIMELINE OF ACTIVITIES <br />Following is a brief history of the work that has been performed at the Vero Dodgers/Ticket Office <br />Building. <br />January 2020 the roof was replaced on the Vero Dodgers Building also referred to as the Ticket <br />Office Building by Atlantic Roofing II. in April 2020, Prism Response LLC, performed mold <br />remediation and many walls were removed due to excessive water damage and mold growth.
