UW -95 -09 -DS <br />WIP NO. 473-000-169-268.00 <br />RESOLUTIONS I AND II <br />BACKGROUND <br />On May 2, 1995, the Indian River County Board of County <br />Commissioners approved the petition for water service for Miraflores <br />Unit Two/34th Court, SW (north of 5th Street, SW) to supply potable <br />water to its residents. Design has been completed by the Department <br />of Utility Services staff. We are now ready to begin the assessment <br />process associated with this project. (See attached agenda item and <br />minutes of the above meeting.) <br />ANALYSIS <br />There are 16 one-half acre lots in this subdivision. The 11 <br />property owners signing the petition represent 69% of the properties <br />to be served.
