Indian River County, FL, intends to negotiate and award a PO or contract to the vendor <br />indicated. Any responses received as a result of this Notice shall be considered solely for the <br />purpose of determining whether an equivalent product or service can be provided by <br />alternative source(s), which may warrant a competitive solicitation. Responses will NOT be <br />considered as proposals, bids or quotes. <br />PRODUCT/SERVICE REQUIRED: ESO Scheduling and Personnel Management <br />Software system <br />DESCRIPTION: Indian River County utilizes pre -hospital electronic health record software <br />(" BHR") and fire incident record management system software ("ESO Fire RMS") produced by <br />ESO Solutions, Inc. ("ESO"). County wants to obtain fire/medic scheduling software that will <br />integrate and work in concert with both ESO products. ESO Scheduling and Personnel <br />Management allows customers to designate personnel from Scheduling and assign them to the <br />appropriate unit on a fire incident in the Fire RMS, which will also automatically import <br />corresponding data in a customer's Personnel Management module for employees. <br />The County is considering the purchase of ESO Personnel Management software module for (325) <br />employees at a recurring cost of $8,145.00 annually, (1) Personnel Management online training <br />session for $595.00, (325) ESO Loop Closure modules at a recurring cost of $5995.00 annually. <br />(325) ESO Scheduling Plus modules at a recurring cost of $18,995.00 annually, and (3) Scheduling <br />training sessions at a cost of $1,785.00. <br />105 <br />
