A TRUE COPY <br />CERTIFICATION ON LAST PAGE <br />J.R. SMITH, CLERK <br />of LESSEE's right of possession, whether by lapse of time or at the option of LESSOR, LESSEE will <br />at once surrender possession of the Premises to LESSOR and shall have a reasonable time to remove <br />any personal property and equipment (non -fixtures) from Premises. If possession is not immediately <br />surrendered, LESSOR may obtain possession of the Premises as provided by law (Section 83.05, <br />Florida Statutes, or as that provision may be amended). <br />ARTICLE 19 <br />CONSTRUCTION OF LEASE <br />Section 19.1. Merger. <br />This LEASE and its attachments set out the entire agreement between the parties. There are <br />no implied covenants or warranties except as expressly set forth herein. <br />Section 19.2. Modification. <br />No provisions of this LEASE and the Attachments hereto may be amended, extended, or <br />modified except by written instrument executed by all parties to the LEASE. <br />Section 19.3. Subordination. <br />The LEASE shall be subordinate and subject to the provisions of any existing or future <br />contract between LESSOR and the United States, relative to the development, operation, or <br />maintenance of the AIRPORT, the execution of which has been or may be required as a condition <br />precedent to the expenditure of Federal funds for the development, operation, or maintenance of the <br />AIRPORT. <br />Section 19.4. Severability. <br />If any part of the LEASE is found invalid or unenforceable by any court or any branch of the <br />federal government having jurisdiction over the operation of the AIRPORT, including, but not limited <br />to, the FAA, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other provisions of the LEASE if <br />Page 38 of 41 <br />
