SMITH, CLERK <br />the rights and obligations of the parties contained therein are not materially prejudiced and if the <br />intentions of the parties can continue to be effectuated. To that end, the separate provisions of the <br />LEASE are declared severable. <br />Section 19.5. Modifications by FAA. <br />If any branch of the federal government having jurisdiction over the operation of the <br />AIRPORT, including, but not limited to, the FAA, deems any provision to be in non-compliance, the <br />parties agree to delete, insert, or modify to the extent necessary to bring such provision into <br />compliance. <br />Section 19.6. Review. <br />The parties hereto acknowledge that they were given the opportunity to have their legal <br />counsel review this LEASE and attachments, as well as the Attachments noted herein, and the terms <br />and provisions shall be construed neither against, nor in favor of, any party hereto, but rather, in <br />accordance with the fair and ordinary meaning thereof <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto, by their duly authorized representatives, have <br />executed this LEASE on the date first written above. <br />[SIGNATURE PAGES TO FOLLOW] <br />Page 39 of 41 <br />
