No such officer or employee <br />shall engage in any work which is inconsistent with his duties or with <br />the interests of the department. <br />Section 11, RECORDS, The Building Official shall keep or <br />cause to be kept a record of the business of the; electrical division. <br />The records of the electrical divisionâ–ş shall be open to public inspec- <br />tion at all reasonable tithes. <br />Section 12. REPORTS. The Building Official shall annually <br />submit a report to the local governing Ilody covering the, work of the <br />electrical division of the department during the preceding; year. <br />:lection 13. POWERS AND DUTIES OF BUILDING OFFICIAL. <br />(1) The County Building Official (sometimes hereinafter <br />referred to as the Electrical Inspector) shall enforce the provisions <br />of this code, and lie or his duly authorized representative may enter <br />any building, :structure or premises that is subject to this resolution <br />to perform any duty Imposed oil him by this coda;. <br />(2) Upon notice from the Building Official that work or tiny <br />electrical installation is being done contrary to the provisions of this <br />code or In a dangerous or unsafe manner, such work shalt be Immedi- <br />ately stopped. Such notice shrill be in writing and shall he given to the <br />owner of such property, or to his agent, or to the person doing the <br />work, and shall state the: conditions under which work may be resumed. <br />Where any emergency exists, oral notice given by the Building Official <br />shall be sufficient. <br />(3) The Building Official may revoke a permit or approval <br />Issued under the provisions of this act In case there has been any false: <br />statement or misrepresentation as to the material fact in the appli- <br />cation or plans on which the permit or approval was based, In all <br />such cases, no permit fees shall be refunded. <br />12 <br />
