<br />MIEREAS, under Chapter 57-1412, Special Acts of 1957, the Board of County
<br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, was duly authorized and empowered
<br />by Resolution adopted without publication, to vacate and abandon and relinquish and
<br />disclaim the rights of the public acquired by dedication or otherwise, of any and
<br />all rights-of-way, easements, or alleys either conveyed to the said county or
<br />dedicated by plat or deed recorded in said county; and
<br />WHEREAS, AIRERICAN MUTUAL CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, as It fee simple
<br />title owner for the benefit of S'TAUDARD 011 COMPANY (incorporated in Kentucky) as
<br />purchaser, has duly petitioned the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, to vacate and abandon a ten foot public utilities and drainage
<br />easement on the rear lot line of the: following described property situate in Indian
<br />River County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />Lots 1, 2, 11, 12 and 1:3, Block 0 in the Plat of Vero lake Estates Suh-
<br />division, UNIT H-4, filed In the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
<br />Of Indian Rivor County, Florida in Plat Nook 6, paste 31,
<br />and
<br />WHRRiAS, it appears that no notice thr.reof is necessary and that the rights
<br />of adjacent parties will not be aafie,cctcd by the abandonment and the said easeMent
<br />i:i not required for public use or public purposes,
<br />BE IT, '141FRYFORE, RESOLVED by Elie Board of County tonvitasioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, in regular session on this, the titin day of September, A. U.
