PETITION TO VACATE EASEMENT <br />Comes now AMERICAN MUTUAL CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, by and through <br />the undersigned attorney, and respectfully Petitions the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida, as follows: <br />1, That STANDARD OIL COUPANY (incorporated in Kentucky) is in the process <br />of purchasing part of the following described property located in Indian River County, <br />Florida, from your Petitioner, to -wit:. <br />Lots 1, 2, 11, 12 and 13, Block D in the Plat of VERO LAKE ESTATES SUB- <br />DIVISION, UNIT I1-4, filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court <br />of Indian River County, Florida in Plat Book 6, page 31. <br />2. That the plat of said lands duty recorded in the public records of Indian <br />River County, Florida, in Plat Book 6, page 31 shows the dedication of "a 10 foot <br />public utilities and drainage easement on the rear lot line of Lots 1, 2, 11, 12 and <br />13. <br />3. It is necessary that the aforesaid easemont be vacated insofar as it <br />affects the above described property in order that a filling station may be con- <br />structed on the property over and across the said easements. <br />4. That the vacation of the said easement will not adversely affect the <br />surrounding lands or will not affect the ownership of persons owning other parts <br />of said subdivision. <br />5. That all state and county taxes on the said land have been fully paid as <br />shown in Abstract #30308, prepared by Title Security Company through the year 1967. <br />WMEREFORf, Petitioner respectfully petitious the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida to vacate and abandon and relinquish and disclaim <br />all the rights of the public acquired by the dedication of the aforesaid easements. <br />ArlistiJ;GA#i :iUTDAL C�RF'ORATION <br />Attbrnev forPetit <br />
