Award the bid to Stewart Industries as the.sole bidder <br />for the road stabilization material. <br />2. Establish an Open End Contract with Stewart Industries <br />with a not to exceed amount of $50,000.00 during the <br />period October 1, 1995 thru September 30, 1996. Last <br />year's expenditures totaled $48,277.91. <br />3. Authorize the Purchasing Manager to renew this contract <br />subject to satisfactory performance, zero cost <br />increase, vendor acceptance, and the determination that <br />renewal is in the best interest of the County. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Tippin, the Board by a 4-0 vote <br />(Commissioner Eggert being absent) unanimously <br />awarded Bid #6002 to Stewart Industries in a not -to - <br />exceed amount of $50,000 for the period October 1, <br />1995 through September 30, 1996, as recommended by <br />staff. <br />SEPTEMBER 26, 1995 <br />5 <br />boos 96 PAu.210 <br />
