STATE OF FLORIDA <br />COUNTY OF INDIAN RIVER <br />I, RALPH HARRIS, as Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for <br />Indian River County, Florida, do hereby certify that the Tax <br />Collector of Indian River County, Florida, did on the 1st day of <br />June, 1943, 1946, 1948, 1949, 1953, 1954 and 1966, respectively, <br />sell, as provided by law, all lands in said County delinquent for <br />taxes assessed against such lands upon the County tax assessment <br />roll of said County for the years 1942, 1945, 1947, 1948, 1952, <br />1953 and 1965, respectively. That the foregoing schedule or list <br />of lands contains and describes all such lands as were bid off <br />by the Tax Collector of Indian River County, Florida at said sale <br />held June 1, 1943, 1946, 1948, 1949, 1953, 1954 and 1966, respective- <br />ly, for the County and which taxes have not been redeemed or pur- <br />chased and that the foregoing list constitutes a complete schedule <br />or list of all of such lands; provided, that said list and schedule <br />does not include lands foreclosed by municipalities situated within <br />Indian River County, Florida for delinquent taxes or special im- <br />provement liens or to which such municipalities acquired title <br />prior to the first day of May, 1943. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and official <br />seal at Vero Beach, Indian River County, Florida, this 26th. day <br />of February, 1969. <br />CLERK CIRCInTCOURT, INDIAN <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA. <br />
