On a Motion made by Commissioner Massey, seconded by <br />Commissioner McCul?ers, Fred Van Zonneveld was unanimously <br />appointed as a County Life Guard for the summer months. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner. Massey, seconded by <br />Commissioner McCullers, the following Resolution was <br />unanimously adopted: <br />RES OLUT I O N 69 - 15 <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, in the interest of public safety, deem <br />it necessary to install Flashing School Zone Signals at or <br />near Section 88010 SLD Mile Post 5.721 on S.R. 5 to serve <br />the Osceola School and <br />WHEREAS, This Board hereby agrees to operate and <br />maintain said Flashing Signals. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, The Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida, resolves that the State <br />Road Department of Florida, purchase and install, from Primary <br />Funds, appropriate school zone flashing signals on S.R. 5 <br />to serve the Osceola School. <br />
