STATC ROAD NO. <br />gg 1 004 1 3500 <br />607',Inthan River <br />PARCEL 6 R/W JOS <br />N/A . <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN UTILITIES AGREEMENT FOR THE ADJUSTAIENT, <br />CHANGE OR RELOCATION OF CERTAIN <br />THIS UTILITIES <br />LITI S WITHIN THE <br />SHALL RIGHTAKE -OF-WA LIMITS HEREAFTER <br />DESCRIBED, AND PROVIDING WHEN <br />RESOLUTION NO. _1.37 <br />ON AIOTION OF Commissioner <br />Fran Adams , seconded by Commissioner <br />Richard Bird , the following Resolution was adopted: <br />WHEREAS, the State of Florida Department of Transportation proposes to. construct or reconstruct a <br />part of State Road 607 <br />AND WHEREAS, in order for the State of Florida Department of Transportation to further and complete <br />said project, it is necessary that certain utilities and/or facilities within the Right -of -Way limits of said State <br />Road 607 be adjusted, changed or relocated, <br />AND WHEREAS, the State of Florida Department of Transportationdeliver <br />elihaving <br />requestedo the State of Florida <br />e County of <br />Indian River , Florida, to execute an <br />Department of Transportation an Utilities Agreement, agreeing to make or cause to be made such adjustments, <br />changes or relocations of said utilities and/or facilities as set out in said Agreement, and said request having <br />been duly considered, <br />the County of <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board <br />of County that the Chairman1andnClerkoners f of the Board of <br />Indian River Florida, <br />County Commissioners be and are hereby authorized to make, execute and deliver to the State of Florida <br />Department of Transportation an Utilities Agreement for the 6adiustment, change or relocation of certain utilities <br />within the Right -of -Way limits of said State Road 077 Section 004 ; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be forwarded to the State of Florida Department <br />of Transportation 21 Tallahassee, Florida. <br />- <br />INTRODUCED AND PASSED by the Board of County Commissioners of TNflTAN TtTVF4October 19 �` --• <br />County, Florida, in regular session, this 17 4IN <br />day of _ <br />N RIVER U Y,FLORIDA <br />0 C NTY MMISSIONERS <br />an of t e Board of County Commissioners <br />KenneR.
