ANALYSIS <br />Exhibits A and B of the attached agreement identify the cost-sharing between <br />the developer and the County. <br />The construction of this system will assist the County in expanding the water <br />and sewer systems as outlined in the County Master Plan, as well as allow the <br />owner's property to be served. The total estimated cost to the County is <br />$27.,017.50, which will be paid from the Utilities Impact Fee Fund. The <br />project has purchased 6 ERUs of water and sewer. <br />The staff of the Department of Utility Services recommends that the Board of <br />County Commissioners approve the Developer's Agreement as presented. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board by a 4-0 vote <br />(Commissioner Eggert being absent) approved the <br />Developer's Agreement with Puttick Enterprises, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />SR -60 WATER LINE - 66TH AVENUE TO 62ND DRIVE <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 10/6/95: <br />DATE: OCTOBER 6, 1995 <br />TO: JAMES E.
