ANALYSIS <br />Exhibits A and B of the attached agreement identify the cost-sharing between <br />the developer and the County. <br />The construction of this system will assist the County in expanding the water <br />and sewer systems as outlined in the County Master Plan, as well as allow the <br />owner's property to be served. The total estimated cost to the County is <br />$27.,017.50, which will be paid from the Utilities Impact Fee Fund.
