Ab <br />RESOLUTION NO. 70-37 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, <br />40 <br />Florida, held a public hearing on July 14, 1970, and approved certain <br />40 changes and additions to the Zoning Regulations of Indian River County, <br />Florida, and submitted its Final Report to the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County that said changes and additions <br />be approved, and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County held a public hearing on August 19. 1970. at which time the <br />parties in interest appeared and were heard concerning said changes, and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County find that said changes and additions would be in the best interest <br />of the citizens of Indian River County, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Indian River <br />County Zoning Resolution be amended to include the following additional <br />section - <br />SECTION 19, R 2 W. MULTI -FAMILY WATERFRONT DISTRICT <br />A. Uses permitted <br />1. Any use permitted in the R 1 A District. <br />2. Duplexes, apartment houses. <br />3. Accessory buildings and uses customarily incident to the <br />above uses. <br />4. Advertising signs.. Sale, bulletin and directional <br />B. Building Height Regulations. No building shall exceed 35 feet <br />in height. <br />C. Building Site Area Regulations- Each building site shall have an <br />area of not less than 10, 000 square feet and a minimum land area <br />of 7, 000 square feet or 2, 500 square feet per dwelling unit. <br />whichever is greater and a front building line on the street of not <br />less than 70 feet. <br />
