El <br />D. Front Yard Required- There shall be a front yard of not less <br />than 20 feet measured to the front line of the main building. <br />40 <br />E. Side Yard Required- There shall be a side yard of not less than <br />10 feet measured to the side building line of the main building. <br />F. Rear Yard Required- There shall be a rear yard of not less than <br />15 feet measured from the rear building line of the main building <br />to the rear lot line. If the rear lot line is located within an <br />artificially created waterway, the rear of the main building may <br />be constructed over such an artificial waterway. but not to <br />project more than 20 feet and the area of the rear yard may be <br />within such a waterway. <br />G. Minimum Floor Area Required- The minimum required <br />floor area of any single family dwelling, exclusive of open <br />patios, terraces, attached garages, trailers, carports, <br />or unroofed area shall be 750 square feet. 15 percent of <br />the required floor area may be credited to screened porches. <br />The minimum required floor area of a duplex shall be 600 <br />square feet per unit.
