on Motion of Commissioner Massey, second of Commissioner Loy, <br />the following Resolution was unanimously adopted: <br />l® RESOLUTION NO. 70-51 <br />WHEREAS, the State of Florida Board of Trustees of the <br />® Internal Improvement Trust Fund has purchased land to establish <br />the Sebastian Inlet Park, and <br />WIiEREAS, said Board has requested Indian River County <br />to deed to said Board the land now presently held by the County <br />along the South boundary of the Sebastian Inlet so that the park may <br />be dedicated and the state may begin development, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the chairman <br />of the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County is <br />authorized to sign all papers necessary to effectuate said transfer. <br />
