SOURCE OF FUNDS: <br />The Board authorized an allocation of $3,414,034 of ARP funds for road resurfacing and restriping <br />projects, with the distribution of those projects to be determined by Public Works. There is no cost <br />to the County for the execution of the CWR agreement. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends the Board approve the Agreement and authorize the Chairman to sign it, after <br />approval by the County Attorney as to form and legal sufficiency. <br />ATTACHMENT: <br />CWR Agreement <br />135 <br />
