At the time and place stated, the board <br />did hold the advertised public hearing and all persons <br />interested were heard and this board did determine that the <br />streets described above are not located within the limits <br />of any incorporated municipality and were not acquired for <br />i <br />and are not now being used for state or federal highways. <br />3. The Board of County Commissioners does herewith <br />renounce and disclaim any right of the county and the <br />i <br />public in and to the streets and easements described in <br />Paragraph 1 shown on the plat of Paradise Park Subdivision <br />filed.in Plat Book 6, page 54, Public Records of Indian River <br />I <br />County, Florida, and does herewith vacate, abandon, dis- <br />continue and close all of the same. <br />j <br />4. Notice of the adoption of this resolution shall be <br />published one time within thirty days following its adoption <br />in.one issue of the newspaper of general circulation <br />published in the county. The Proof of Publication of notice <br />i <br />of the public hearing and certified copy of this resolution <br />and proof of publication of the notice of the adoption of <br />this resolution shall be recorded in the Deed Records of <br />Indian River County, Florida. <br />STATE OF FLORIDA <br />COUNTY OF INDIAN RIVER <br />I, RALPH HARRIS, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian <br />River County, Florida, and ex officio Clerk of the Board of <br />County Commissioners, do herewith certify that the foregoing <br />is a true and correct copy of Resolution 72-45 duly adopted <br />by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida. <br />WITNESS my hand and official seal this 21st day of <br />June , 1972. <br />C e k <br />D,50uty Clerk <br />
