Finished- products such as the TDLCB meeting agenda items, CTC reports, and other pertinent reports are required to accompany all reimbursement invoices. These materials will be submitted to the state along with the reimbursement invoice and the progress report. The BCC/DOPA's alternatives are either to approve the transmittal of the Progress Report and reimbursement invoice as submitted, to approve transmittal of the Progress Report and invoice with revisions, or to deny the transmittal of the Progress Report and reimbursement invoice to the state. Choosing the last alternative could affect the county's reimbursement of staff time expended for transportation disadvantaged planning related services. RECOMMENDATION The TDLCB and the staff recommend that the Board of County Commissioners/DOPA approve the Progress Report and reimbursement invoice #3, and direct staff to transmit the report and the invoice to the State of Florida Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged (CTD). ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved the Progress Report and reimbursement invoice #3 and directed staff to transmit the report and the invoice to the State of Florida Commission for the_ Transportation Disadvantaged (CTD), as recommended by staff.
