UW -95 -11 -DS <br />ROAD AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS - PUBLIC WORKS PROJECT <br />NO. 9130 <br />RESOLUTION III - PUBLIC HEARING <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />On October 17, 1995, the Indian River County Board of County <br />Commissioners approved Resolution 95-133 (Resolution I) and 95-134 <br />(Resolution II) for Water Service and 95-135 (Resolution I) and 95 <br />136 (Resolution II) for Road -and Drainage Improvements. These <br />resolutions contained the preliminary assessment roll and <br />established the date of the- public hearing for the subject <br />project(s). Property owners have been notified of the public - <br />hearing by certified mail.
