The County <br />will request the DOT to advance purchase the US 1 right-of-way as <br />soon as possible at an agreed upon price between the developer and <br />the DOT. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously approved <br />the purchase of the reduced right-of-way area along <br />17th Street in the amount of $35,068. <br />Commissioner Tippin left the Chambers on personal business at <br />11:45 a.m. <br />CLERK'S NOTE: THIS ITEM WAS RECONSIDERED LATER IN <br />TIRE MEETING. <br />NOVEMBER 7, 1995 45 <br />
