Award the bid for antiscalant to FMC Corporation as the <br />lowest most responsive, and _responsible bidder meeting <br />specifications as set forth in the Invitation to Bid. <br />2. Establish an Open End Contract with FMC Corporation for <br />Pfizer Flocon antiscalant with a not to exceed amount of <br />$45,000.00 for the period November 1, 1995 through <br />September 30, 1996. Last year's expenditures totaled <br />$40,000.00. <br />3.
