SMITH, CLERK <br />ARTICLE 8 <br />COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS, ORDINANCES, AND REGULATIONS <br />LESSEE (including its officers, agents, servants, employees, contractors, suboperators, and <br />any other person over which LESSEE has the right to control) shall comply at all times with all present <br />and future laws, including the Airport Rules and Regulations, as amended, and as may be further <br />amended or superseded, and all other statutes, ordinances, orders, directives, rules, and regulations, <br />of the federal, state, and local governments, including LESSOR, the Transportation Security <br />Administration ("TSA") and the FAA, which may be applicable to its operations at the AIRPORT. <br />The provisions of Attachment "A" (Resolution 2015-30, Airport Leasing Policy) and Attachment <br />"B" (Standard Lease Provisions for Airport Tenants), as adopted by LESSOR, and as amended from <br />time to time, are incorporated herein and specifically made a part of this LEASE. The parties agree <br />that should any provisions of this LEASE conflict with any provisions of the Attachments (A or B), <br />the provisions of this LEASE shall prevail, unless otherwise noted. <br />ARTICLE 9 <br />RELEASE, INDEMNITY, AND HOLD HARMLESS <br />Notwithstanding any minimum insurance requirements prescribed elsewhere in this LEASE, <br />LESSEE agrees to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LESSOR and its Council Members, <br />officers, agents, and employees) from: <br />1) any and all injury, loss, or damage, of any nature whatsoever, to any person or property <br />in connection with the use of the Premises by LESSEE, its subtenants, employees, <br />Page 14 of 41 <br />
