J.�. st°� I CLERK <br />LESSEE agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders, and regulations issued <br />pursuant to the Clean Air Act (42 USC §§ 740-7671 q) and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act <br />as amended (33 USC §§ 1251-1387). LESSEE agrees to report any violation to LESSOR <br />immediately upon discovery. LESSEE assumes responsibility for notifying the Environmental <br />Protection Agency (EPA) and the FAA. LESSEE must include this requirement in all subcontracts <br />that exceed $150,000. <br />ARTICLE 7 <br />RIGHT OF ENTRY <br />LESSOR's agents or employees will have the right to enter the Premises for any legal purpose, <br />including, but not limited to: <br />(a) view and inspect the Premises, or make repairs, at any time during LESSEE's regular hours; <br />(b) view and inspect the Premises, or make repairs, at any time in the event of emergency; and <br />(c) perform any and all things which LESSEE is obligated to and has failed to do after fifteen <br />(15) days' written notice to act, including maintenance, repairs, and replacements to the Premises, <br />unless LESSEE already is making a reasonable effort to effectuate corrective measures. The cost of <br />all labor, materials, and reasonable overhead charges required for performance of such work will be <br />promptly paid by LESSEE to LESSOR. <br />Such access may be conditioned upon being escorted by LESSEE's agents or employees, <br />Page 13 of 41 <br />
