Attorney's Fees and Costs. <br />In the event there arises between the parties any dispute or litigation regarding the terms and <br />conditions of this LEASE, each party shall be responsible for its own attorney's fees and costs. <br />Section 12.8. Non -waiver of Rights. <br />This LEASE may only be modified, altered, or amended, in whole or in part, by a written <br />instrument setting forth such changes and signed by all parties hereto. This LEASE and attachments <br />hereto constitute the entire agreement and understanding between the parties and all other agreements <br />and understandings between them, related to LEASE of the Premises, whether oral or written, are <br />hereby deemed void and merged into this LEASE. LESSOR's acceptance of rent, or any act of <br />forbearance concerning any breach or violation of this LEASE by LESSEE shall not be construed as <br />a wavier of any rights LESSOR has hereunder. No delay or omission on the part of LESSOR in <br />exercising any right hereunder shall operate as a waiver of such right or any other right. <br />Section 12.9. Administration ofLEASE. <br />Whenever in this LEASE, LESSEE is required or permitted to obtain the approval of, consult <br />with, give notice to, receive notice from, or otherwise deal with LESSOR, LESSEE shall deal with <br />LESSOR's authorized representative; and unless and until LESSOR gives LESSEE written notice to <br />the contrary, LESSOR's authorized representative shall be LESSOR's Airport Director. <br />Section 12.10.
