If possession is not immediately <br />surrendered, LESSOR may obtain possession of the Premises as provided by law (Section 83.05, <br />Florida Statutes, or as that provision may be amended). <br />ARTICLE 19 <br />CONSTRUCTION OF LEASE <br />Section 19.1. Merger. <br />This LEASE and its attachments set out the entire agreement between the parties. There are <br />no implied covenants or warranties except as expressly set forth herein. <br />Section 19.2. Modification. <br />No provisions of this LEASE and the Attachments hereto may be amended, extended, or <br />modified except by written instrument executed by all parties to the LEASE. <br />Section 19.3. Subordination. <br />The LEASE shall be subordinate and subject to the provisions of any existing or future <br />contract between LESSOR and the United States, relative to the development, operation, or <br />maintenance of the AIRPORT, the execution of which has been or may be required as a condition <br />precedent to the expenditure of Federal funds for the development, operation, or maintenance of the <br />Section 19.4.
