Funding: <br />Since the expenses related to replacing well S-1 will be an operating capital expense, staff will be seeking <br />approval to utilize operating cash balance to cover the expenses. The expenses will be recorded in the <br />Utilities operating capital account number 471-169000-22503, Utilities/South WTP Well S-1. At this time <br />the estimated expenses total $1,822,511.
