40 <br />RESOLUTION No. 711-38 <br />WHEREAS, this Board has adopted a Gas Code for Indian River <br />® M County, Florida, and, <br />WHEREAS, said Code .calls for this Board to establish fees for <br />Permits. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the following <br />schedule of Fees is hereby established for the Gas Code. <br />(a) The total fees for inspection of consumer's gas piping <br />at one location (including both rough and final piping <br />inspection) shall be $1. 50 for one to four outlets, <br />inclusive and $0.50 for each outlet above five. <br />(b) The fees for inspecting conversion burners, floor <br />furnaces, incinerators, boilers or central heating <br />or air conditioning units shall be $1. 50 for each unit <br />(c) The fees for inspecting vented wall furnaces and water <br />heaters shall be $1. 00 for each unit. <br />(d) If a re --inspection is required, an additional fee of <br />$2. 00 shall be made. <br />(e) Any and all fees shall be paid by the person to whom <br />the permit is issued. <br />
